Hello Friends and Family! It's so great to see you all again.
Can you believe it's taken daddy another few weeks to share all of our stories?!? Geez, it's not like he's busy or anything... :-P
I'll start us off by saying that we're all doing great! We're not being weighed every week anymore, so that's a great sign of us doing very well. A few weeks ago Jaxson weighed 13.9 pounds, Charlie weighed 11.9 pounds, and I weighed 12.15 pounds. But I'm guessing our newest weights will be up another pound each...especially during the holiday season. All those cookies, candies, and eggnog go right to our hips. I guess we are the only ones who look forward to gaining weight over the holiday season. As for all of you, especially daddy, what's your excuse? With our weights changing, so are our eating habits. We are all taking over 5 ounces of milk each bottle. It's weird because just a few months ago we were talking mainly in milliliters and now we can talk in ounces. Instead of 8 bottles a day, we are looking at only 5 bottles a day. Another small step, yet huge milestone! That means that mommy and daddy are washing and preparing less bottles each day. Another milestone to celebrate! "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle!" Guess which one we believe?!? :-)
Hello everyone! I'm glad that you found your way back to visit us during your very busy and chaotic lives. If your house is anything like ours, I'm sure you have a hard time finding time to yourself. Ella was saying that we are eating less often, which is great, but what's even better is that we don't have to wake up so much at night. We usually bathe at 9 and are in bed by 10 every night. Which means mommy and daddy follow close behind. But since we don't need to eat as often, we usually sleep until 6:30 am. Yes, you read that correctly -- 8.5 hours every night!!! I don't know who needs the sleep more, us or mommy and daddy. But let me tell you, it's greatly appreciated by us all. My brother and sister get quite crabby when they are tired. Of course, I don't because I'm the perfect one. Oh yeah, and we're all smiling, giggling, and babbling! So the times that we aren't sleeping or eating, we're usually babbling to each other. Mommy and daddy love the new noises that fill the house. What is a home without children? Quiet, I suppose, but who wants quiet?!? We'll take a home, that's for sure!
Last, but not least, it's me, Jaxson! Mommy and daddy told me that I have to start my gentleman duties by letting my sisters go first. I have a hard time with that, especially since I've figured out that if I start crying right before feedings or bath time, I get to go first! It works every time!! I don't think anyone has caught on yet. I almost forgot to tell you we are 5 months old now!! It has been a crazy, beautiful ride! Just think, 5 months ago we weighed a little over 7 pounds all together and now we weigh over 38 pounds all together. Did you ever think you'd see chubby cheeks and rolls from us preemie babies? We've come so far since July 15th, that's for sure! We hear mommy and daddy telling us to stop growing and getting bigger because they want us to stay little forever! I am sure every parent can agree that every day passed is a day you'll miss when we're older. All of the sleepless nights, unhappy babies, and moments of managing three screaming babies at once are all times mommy and daddy will miss. As we've all learned too many times, (even 5 month old babies have learned it, too!) never take life for granted because it's too short, too unpredictable, too unforgiving, and too beautiful! "Life is to be lived!!!"

As we prepare for our first Christmas, we're counting our blessings. Family, friends, and good health are topping off our list of amazing blessings! We are so blessed!!! As the holidays arrive and lives are busier than ever, sometimes it's hard to fully be in the "present". We hope that everyone is able to slow down and enjoy the holiday season!
God bless and we love you all! Travel safely and take care! See you all soon!
