18 Weeks & We're Already Fighting for Room

Guess what? We’re 18 weeks today! We’re going to keep it short and sweet today because mommy is working this weekend, so we have to be good in here so she can get some sleep. We each are about as long as a fork and weigh as much as three extra-large eggs. It is starting to get a little cramped in here, though, especially since we are twisting, rolling, kicking, and punching each other. Mommy got to see us fighting the other day! I swear it was not my fault--it was theirs!! Some of our favorite foods so far are popsicles, fruit, and ice cream. We hear mommy ask daddy to go to TCBY for ice cream. Then daddy says that he’s also gaining weight from us triplets. Nice excuse, dad!

Next week mommy and daddy are traveling to Fargo to see a special doctor. We promise we will be good so mommy and daddy can see if they should start painting blue, pink, or both!

We hear mommy and daddy talking about the future. Maybe in a few months from now they won’t have as much time for many things they do right now, but they say they cannot wait to spend that time with each other and their new little bundles of joy (that’s us)! They also said with many things changing, some things will never change -- like their love for each other, their love for their family, and their love for their friends both near and far.

Well, it is time for us to get back to resting. We cannot wait to get out of here and stretch. Too much sibling bonding going on in here!!
